Thomas Keely has been with the firm since 2006. He has expertise in all phases of patent prosecution and designing portfolio strategies. Mr. Keely works with clients involved in a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, cloud computing architecture, telecommunication systems and biomedical devices. His practice includes conducting due diligence investigations, validity studies, freedom-to-operate/right-to-use studies and preparing related opinions.
Mr. Keely has always been fascinated with computer technology which led him to pursue a degree in systems engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he earned his B.S. Upon graduating, he knew his expertise would enable him to take advantage of the opportunities in the IP field and so went on to earn his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School.
